Your Enterprise role
As an Enterprise user, your role is fixed as Enterprise ("Enterprise role — cannot be changed"). Manual profile switching is not possible in Enterprise accounts.
Settings
Under Settings you manage:
- Profile data (name, email, profile picture),
- Display (language: German / English; theme: Light / Dark),
- your price plan (Enterprise on request — managed centrally by your organisation admin).
Admin functions (Courses page)
As an organisation admin you have extended permissions on the Courses page:
- Move members between courses via drag and drop.
- Reorder courses.

Creating courses, setting seat limits (max students/teachers), and inviting members by email is done centrally via OpsDesk, not in the Enterprise app. Seat limits are enforced server-side — if a course is already full, the move is blocked and an error message appears.
