Do my Miles+ expire?

No. There is no expiry rule in the system — your Miles+ remain permanently.

What happens to my Miles+ if I cancel?

They remain untouched. Cancelling your subscription or switching plans does not reset your Miles+ balance.

How do I redeem Miles+?

A redemption feature is not currently active. This page will be updated once redemption options become available — no redemption options are promised at this time.

When are subscription Miles+ credited?

Automatically for each billed month of your Academic or Professional subscription.

Do I earn Miles+ on the Free plan?

The Free plan does not include monthly subscription Miles+. You can still earn 10 Miles+ for each answered Ask Avlex question (as long as your 5-question quota lasts).
