How do I change my role? Under "My Account" via the profile dropdown. Note the one-time rule in Free/Academic (see Aviation Role).
I cannot find a regulation. Check the spelling and the authority (EASA/FAA/LBA). If that doesn't help, ask Ask Avlex — if the content is genuinely missing, the AI will say so.
How do I delete my account? Account deletion is handled through the homepage, not through the app:
- Open the homepage and click "Delete account" at the very bottom of the footer.
- Sign in.
- Confirm the deletion of your account and the termination of your plan.
Your account will then be deleted and your subscription ended.
