How do I cancel my subscription?

Via My Account → Change / Cancel Plan — this opens the Stripe customer portal. There you can cancel the subscription; it continues until the end of the paid period.

My payment has failed — what should I do?

Check your saved payment card in the Stripe portal and retry the payment. If the problem persists, contact us (contact details in the Imprint).

Where do I find my invoices?

In the Stripe customer portal, accessible via My Account → Change / Cancel Plan.

Can I also buy the plan annually?

Yes. For Academic and Professional, three terms are available: Monthly, 1 Year, and 2 Years. Longer terms are cheaper per month (see Plans Overview).
